Police arrested 55-year-old man on 3 January for the charge of raping his 13-year-old daughter. SP Navaratna Poudel informed that the aggrieved party filed a complaint at the Satdobato Police Circle on January 2 alleging that the accused had raped the victim on the same day.
The health examination of the victim was done at the Patan Hospital on January 2 as informed by the director of the hospital, Dr. Ravi Shakya.
