Kanchan Devi Shah, 34 of Godaita Municipality-4 Rohuwa filed a complaint against 32-year-old Rabindra Kumar Yadav of the same place at the Area Police Office, Godaita on 23 June. The victim in her complaint alleged that the accused had mistreated her on 9 June. Additionally, on June 11 he had beaten her up and threatened to kill her.
DSP Dipak Shrestha of the District Police Office, Malangwa stated that they will conduct a thorough investigation into the incident and take necessary action in accordance with the law.
The victim was treated at District Hospital, Malangwa on 24 June.
