Police arrested 38-year-old man on 27 May for raping a 13-year-old minor, who is a relative to him.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint at Police Post of Chapagaun on 21 May alleging that the accused had repeatedly raped the victim and last time raped her on 8 May.
SP Nareshraj Subedi of Lalitpur Police Range informed that the accused has been arrested on the basis of the complaint and the investigation is going on.
The health examination of the victim was done on 26 May at Patan Hospital, Lalitpur as per Dr. Rabi Shakya, the Director of the Hospital.
