On July 29, Dinesh Ale Magar, a 28-year-old resident of Sabhapokhari Rural Municipality-1, was arrested by the police on allegations of raping a 23-year-old woman.
The victim filed a complaint against the accused at the district police office on June 23 on the allegation that the accused had raped the woman on July 13.
Inspector Bhuwanbabu Khadka of the District Police Office informed INSEC representative that the accused was arrested for further investigation from Dhupu, Sabhapokhari Rural Municipality-1.
The medical examination of the victim woman was conducted at the district hospital on July 29.
