Police have arrested a 26-year-old man from Joshipur Rural Municipality-1, Kailali on October 10, 2021, on the charge of raping a 30-year-old woman.
According to DSP Bijay Bhandari of the District Police Office, Baglung, the victim had lodged a complaint against the accused at the District Police Office, Baglung on October 27 alleging that the victim was raped on October 20.
He further said that the police had arrested the accused and was investigating the incident. The victim was examined at Dhaulagiri Hospital, Baglung on October 27.
