Police have arrested Gauri Mahato, 48, of Dhangadhimai Municipality-11, by the Area Police Office, Lahan on November 5, 2021, on the charge of raping a 25-year-old woman.
According to DSP Tapan Dahal, the victim was raped on November 4 and lodged a complaint at the Area Police Office, Lahan on the same day.
The health checkup of the victim was examined at the District Hospital, Siraha on November 4.
