Police have arrested Baliram Tharu of Mayadevi Rural Municipality-8, Matkhola on August 15, 2021, on the charge of raping a four-year-old girl.
The victim had lodged a complaint at the District Police Office on August 15 alleging that the accused had raped her on August 14.
According to DSP Satyanarayan Thapa of the District Police Office, the accused was arrested based on a complaint lodged by the victim. The victim was examined at Bhim Hospital, Bhairahawa on August 15.
