The National Human Rights Commission has urged to make human rights friendly laws and policies in all provinces. The commission has corresponded the provinces and urged to include human rights issues in a top priority while formulating laws and policies as per the constitution provision.
Accused Arrested in Rape Case
Police arrested Ramesh Sah, 54, of Bhaisepati- 22, of Lalitpur,
