Police arrested 13 years old boy on February 7 on charge of sexually abusing three years old girl on February 3.
The victim underwent a health checkup at Gajendra Narayan Singh Sagarmatha Zonal Hospital on a same day.
The victim’s grandmother had lodged a complaint at Area Police Office on a same day against the accused. He was arrested by the police based on the information by the victim’s family.
A single bench of district court judge Harish Chandra Inganam ordered to investigate the incident by keeping boy in a child-friendly environment.
