A complaint has been filed against Ravi Joshi, 20, of Jayaprithvi Municipality-10 at the District Police Office on September 29, 2021, on the charge of raping a 17-year-old girl.
DSP Rupak Khadka of the District Police Office told INSEC that the victim was raped on September 29 when she was alone at her residence.
A case has been filed against the accused through the District Attorney’s Office on September 30, 2021, and a search for the accused is ongoing.
The health checkup of the victim was conducted at Bajhang District Hospital on September 29, 2021.
