The senior citizens, single women, person with disability of the districts complained that they did not get the social security allowances because of local level account not being operated. They said that it has even affected the development process.
They are deprived of social security allowances as the account of District Development Committee and Village Development Committee has been banned and new accounts of District Coordination Committee are not in operation.
