The dual bench of justice Ishwor Prasad Khatiwada and Anil Kumar Sinha on January 8 have said that his appointment was unconstitutional.
Advocate Om Prakash Aryal had lodged a writ at Supreme Court against Karki’s appointment as a CIAA chief.
