The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has begun its field monitoring regarding the incident of demolishing the building of Radio Dhading 106 Mzh and Women Security Shelter by District Forest Office by using dozer.
The team of NHRC has started its monitoring from September 25 after the complaint against the office was lodged on charge of misbehaving women at shelter by the District Forest Officer and attacking the radio station at night with the intention to disrupt its services on September 23.

Commission’s officer Neetu Gartaula said that the investigation on misbehaving of women and attack in Radio Dhading will be conducted.
The team of commission will interact and conduct discussion program with victims, stakeholders, CDO and police administration.
Similarly a team of journalists led by Amarka will make a report public after the investigation according to vice president Bishnu Hari Dhakal of Amarka.
Radio Dhading has resumed its radio broadcasting, temporarily from the morning of September 25 with a technical support from other media hub.
