The Supreme Court has ordered not to implement the government’s decision to distribute Rs 200,000 to disqualified combatant.
A single bench of Justice Gopal Parajuli issued the order on August 24 until other hearing. The order will be valid until August 31 to hear arguments from both sides on whether or not to continue the interim order. The court has ordered to present both parties on August 31.
