Police have arrested 43 years old Bigyan Rai of Chiuridanda VDC-6 on September 27 on charge of raping 30-year-old woman.
The accused was arrested by the police based on the complaint lodged by the victim’s family on September 21. The accused had raped a girl in her home on September 16.
The victim underwent a health checkup at District Hospital of Khotang on September 27.
