According to police, the motorbike of Prem Raj Panthi, a businessman of Panthitole in Arkhale of Resunga Municipality-4 was set on fire by an unidentified party on August 13.
The motorbike (Lu 39 Pa 5243) parked inside the vegetable collection centre was taken out and set on fire at around 2 am, informed Panthi in a conversation with INSEC representatives.
Inspector Chudamani Pun of the District Police Office said that the motorcycle was set on fire after breaking the lock. The incident is being further investigated, added Pun. The motorcycle has been completely damaged by the fire.
According to the victim, the motorbike was taken out from the same place on July 1 and thrown on the road.
