Complaint was filed against Shanta Bahadur Baruwal (36) of Annapurna Rural Municipality- 6 Pokhare Bazaar on 29 March 2020 accusing him of rape on a 26-year-old woman.
The victim was raped on 1 November 2020. Health checkup of the victim was conducted on 29 March 2020 at Beni Hospital, informed Inspector Dhruba Prasad Sharma of District Police Office.
