Police has arrested Surendra Bahadur Deuba (Arjun) of Jorayal Rural Municipality- 1 Sismada who was also the former District Public Council Chief of the banned Communist Party of Nepal.
He was arrested for being involved in causing arson at the Ncell tower of the Jorayal Rural Municipality-1 Katunthala on 1 September 2019, informed Inspector Karna Bohora.
A case is soon going to be filed against Bohora, informed Inspector Bohora.
