Netra Bikram Chand (Biplov) led banned Communist Party of Nepal’s cadres Suraj Pariyar (33) and Bishnu Bahadur Raut (32) were rearrested by police on 23 February 2020.
District Administration Office (DAO) had released them on 23 February fining them with Rs 2000 and they were rearrested from the premises of DAO. The accused duo were taken to Arghakhachi, informed District Police Office’s Assistant Sub Inspector Mohan KC.
Initially they were arrested by Pyuthan Police on 26 January 2020 and were sent to Rolpa on February 18 2020.
