Police has arrested Bibek Thapa, 21, of Butwal Sub Metropolitan -11 on charge of raping a 14 years old girl on 4 January.The victim was raped on 4 January and a complaint was filed against him on the same day by the victim’s mother at the Area Police Office, Butwal.
On the basis of the complaint, police has started investigation said DSP Bhim Lal Bhattarai of Area Police Office, Butwal.
The victim had a health checkup on 5 January at Lumbini Provincial Hospital Butwal, informed the police.
