Parbat District Court has declared 18 years’ imprisonment and 25 thousand rupees compensation to Bipin Nepali, 21, of Jaljala Rural Municipality- 9 on 30 December for raping a 14 years old girl.
The declaration was made in the session of District Justice Surya Bahadur Thapa. The victim was raped by Nepali on 2 August and had filed a complaint through her family members on 3 August. The police arrested him on 4 August. After investigation, a case was filed for forced coition on 13 August.
The victim had a health checkup on 3 August.
