Police have arrested Netra Bikram Chand (Biplav) led CPN’s Student Union ANNISU (R)’s Lamjung district head Sunil Kumal, 26, of Byas Municipality- 6, Sisaghat on 18 November.
He was arrested while visiting journalist Rajkumar Ghimire affiliated to Peoples Journalist Organization, Nepal at Police office, Baidam who was arrested on 17 November.
DSP Komal Shah of Police Office, Baidam said investigation is ongoing on Kumal’s arrest.
