Police has arrested Biplov lead CPN’s cadre Puran Oli (Abhishek), 45, of Bansgadi Municipality-3 on 10 September.
Inspector Indrajit Sunar said he was arrested for terrorizing public by placing explosives on different places including Bansgadi market.
