Police have lodged a case against 40-years-old Jit bahadur Rasaili at District Court on August 30 on charge of raping a 15-year-old girl.
The case against the accused was lodged based on a complaint lodged by the victim’s mother at DPO n August 29 according to DSP Bimal Basnet of DPO.
According to the victim’s mother, the accused had raped a victim on August 20. The victim underwent a health check up at District Hospital on August 29. The accused is at large and search for him is going on according to DSP Basnet.
