The District Court of Baglung has ordered to sentence 35 years old Bal Bahadur Rana for one year along with the compensation of Rs 10,000 after finding him guilty on sexually abusing 10 years old girl.
A single bench of District Court judge had given the verdict regarding the case on June 3.
The victim was abused by the convict on February 6 and complaint against him was lodged at District Police Office of Baglung on February 8.
He was arrested on a same day by the police and victim underwent health checkup on February 8 at Dhaulagiri Zonal Hospital in Baglung.
