Police have arrested “Biplov” led Nepal Communist Party leader and Chairperson Chiranjivi Dhakal of ANNISU (Revolutionary) on May 10 from Anamnagar of Kathmandu.
He was arrested on the way coming out from the program at Union House in Kathmandu.
According to DSP Hobindra Bogati he was charged for vandalizing public property and is under the investigation.
