Police have arrested District Committee member and coordinator of “Biplov”, Dhan Bahadur Kumal,49 of Madhyabindu-9 on May 4.
He was arrested from his house at Madhyabindu-9 according to DSP Arjun Ranabhat of DPO.
The investigation against Kumal is undergoing according to police.
