Police have arrested 17 years old boy and his 15 years old brother on December 28 on charge of raping 17 years old girl.
Accused duo were arrested based on a complaint lodged by the victim’s party according to the inspector Umesh Joshi of District Police Office. The victim underwent health checkup at Bhim Hospital in Bhairahawa on December 28 according to the police source.
