The District Court of Saptari has ordered to sentence 17- and 14-years old boys for five years each after finding them guilty on raping 18 years old girl.
A single bench of district court judge Harish Chandra Dhungana has given the verdict regarding the case.
Both convicts will be kept at child improvement centre however immediately after the court order, both convicts are at large.
The victim’s mother had lodged complaint against the convict duo at Area Police Office of Kanchanrup in 2017, July 3 on charge of rape on July 1.
They were arrested by the police on a same day the complaint was lodged. The victim underwent health checkup at District Hospital of Inaruwa on July 3.
