Police have arrested 24 years old Khadga Bahadur Tamang of Panchkhapan municipality-1 on November 25 on charge of raping four years old girl.
The victim’s party had lodged complaint against the accused at District Police Office on a sae day on charge of rape on November 24.
The victim underwent health checkup at District Hospital of Khandbari on November 25.
