Police have arrested 21 years old Umesh Bista of Barahachettra Municipality-3 on November 24 on charge of raping 14 years old differently able girl.
The accused had raped the girl on November 16 and complaint against him was lodged by the victim’s family at police on November 19. The accused was at large immediately after the incident. He was however arrested after nine days according to police. The victim underwent health checkup at Chakraghatti Health Post on a same day.
