Police have arrested a person in coordination with Maiti Nepal from the check post in Kakadvitta on September 19 on charge of attempting to traffick 17 years old girl.
The arrested is identified as 30 years old Leela Majhi of Itahari Municipality-7, Itahari according to police.
According to SI Babu Ram Puri of Area Police Office ,the girl was being trafficked to India by luring her of better job.
