Police have arrested 23 years old Shyam Kumar Shah of Devangunj Rural Municipality-6 on September 6 on charge of raping 33 years old woman.
A complaint against the accused was lodged at police office on charge of rape six months ago.
After the incident, the accused was at large. During the process of search, he was arrested according to the police.
The accused was presented to the court on September 7 and court decided to remand him in custody.
