A complaint against 46 years old Padam Sunder Kerung of Phalelung Rural Municipality-8 has been lodged at District Police Office on August 31 on charge of raping 28 years old woman.
The complaint lodged by the victim on August 30 has been registered at police office according to SI Bishnu Khadka. She underwent health checkup on the same day at District Hospital.
The victim’s complained that she was raped by the accused on August 29 which is denied by the accused.
