Police have arrested 26 years old Chunamani Khapangi of Udayapur Rural Municipality-7 on August 31 on charge of raping 17 years old girl.
The victim’s family had lodged complaint at District Police Office against the accused on August 31 on charge of rape on August 30. He was arrested based on a complaint lodged according to DSP Megh Raj Adhikari. The victim underwent health checkup at District Hospital on August 31 according to the police.
