Police have arrested 46 years old Toya Ram Paudel , a teacher at Gyankunja Secondary Boarding School at Butwal Sub-metropolitan City-11 on August 29 on charge of sexual abuse on 15 years old student of the same school.
DSP Dil Bahadur Malla of Area Police Office said that the victim’s father lodged complaint against the accused at the police office and the investigation is going on.
The victim said that she was sexually abused by the accused on August 29 while she was returning back home. She added that she was previously abused by the same teacher.
The victim’s grandmother said that the accused apologized by coming at home and requested not to reveal the incident.
The student has not gone to school from the last three days and parents are protesting against the incident. The victim underwent health checkup at Limbini Zonal Hospital on August 29.
