The judicial committee of 10 local level local levels in Sankhuwasabha has reconciled 99 cases between the victim and accused.
The judicial committee said that out of 132 cases, 30 are in a process of reconciliation and three cases of theft are forwarded to District Administration Office.
The cases were reconciled based on the rights provided by the Local Level Operation Act ,2074.
Normally, the serious natures of cases are sent to court and District Administration Office. The reconciliation are made in cases such as domestic violence, personnel dispute and land disputes according to coordinator Sita Dahal of judicial committee. She added that out of 53 cases, 28 cases has been decided by the judicial committee.
