Police have arrested 30 years old Bhawani Kattel of Shadananda Municipality-12 on charge of raping 13 years old girl.
The accused had raped the girl on June 1 and complaint against him was lodged at DPO by the victim’s party on June 2.
The absconding accused was arrested by the police on a same day and victim underwent health checkup at District Hospital of Sankhuwasabha on June 2 according to police.
