Police was able to arrest 29 years old Gopal Bhandary of Myanglung Municipaity-1 on charge of rape after 10 years. He was charged of raping 14 years old girl before absconding.
He was arrested by a special police unit from Biratnagar according to police DSP Rajan Bhujel. The District court had already ordered for the sentence to the convict.
