Police have arrested 39 years old Ramrup Sada on March 10 on charge of beating 25 years old Reena Devi Sada of Tirhut Rural Municipality-5 and aborting her child.
The accused had kicked the abdomen of the victim resulting the abortion of the child. The victim had lodged a complaint at Area Police Office of Kanchanrup on February 24.
The embryo test was conducted at Dharmeshwor Hospital and the victim underwent treatment in Dharan.
