INSEC district representative Kokila Dhakal of Ilam has been awarded province 1 level Human Rights Journalism award-2018.
She was facilitated with award on the occasion of 108th International labor Women’s day.
She was provided with letter of appreciation by the parliamentarian Ram Bahadur Ranamagar of province number 1.
