The District Court of Parbat has ordered to sentence 27 years old Surya Bahadur Lamichhane of Modi Village Council-6, Tilahar and 27 years old Kul Bahadur Chettri alias “Sandeep” of the same place for 10 years along with Rs 50,000 penalty to each of them after finding guilty on raping 21 years old woman.
A single bench of District Court judge Mohan Raj Bhattarai has given a verdict regarding the case.
The accused had raped mentally retarded woman on March 30 and complaint against them was lodged on March 31.
