Police have arrested district secretary Nanda Prasad Tiwari alias Jagan of Nepal Communist party on May 10.
He was arrested while hiding in Pokhara-Lekh Nath Municipality-17, Chorepatan according to police. He was arrested on charge of possible obstruction in upcoming local level election according to DSP Khadga Bahadur Khatri.
