Netra Bikram Chand led Nepal Communist Party of Gulmi has replaced the village council signboard from various places with their party flag.
The cadres of the party have even padlocked some offices and put the party’s flag according to the party’s District secretariat member Khim Khadka. The party has already announced that they will reject the upcoming local level election and started to distribute pamphlets from April 6.
Nepal Communist Party of Gulmi has put the party’s flag on Orkhabang office in Malika village council. According to the social campaigner Kamal Nepali, the cadres of the party came into the office and put their flag and distributed pamphlets. Similarly, the village council office of Madane has been padlocked by the cadres. They removed the signboard and put pasted the pamphlets according to local Bom Bahadur Kunwar.
The party’s district secretariat member Khim Khadka said that the party has begun to form parallel government in village against the upcoming local level election scheduled for May 14.
