The District Court of Dailekh has ordered to sentence 33 years old Kalam Bhandary of Dallu Municipality-11 and Bina Jaisi, 24 of Siranchok Village Council-8 for two and half years on charge of polygamy. The court has also ordered to penalize them for Rs 20,000 each.
A complaint against the accused was lodged by the victim Sita Bhandari, first wife of Kalam, at police on October 16 and police had registered the case at district court.
