The District Court of Rolpa has ordered to sentence 55 years old Osh Bahadur Gharti Magar for 20 years with confiscation of property on March 6 after finding him guilty of murdering his 47 years old wife Manasari Ghart Magar of Nuwagaun VDC-8 using sharp weapon.
The accused killed his wife because of domestic disputes among them on July 19, 2016. The daughter of the victim filed the complaint against her father stating that the victim was beaten multiple times by accused after consuming alcohol.
