A discussion program has been held in Terhatum on challenges in constitution implementation and election. The program was organized by INSEC Terathum.
While addressing the program, former work-committee member of INSEC, Tika Ram Bhattarai said that conducting all three levels of election within the stipulated time is essential to ensure the civilian’s rights.
He added that the constitution of Nepal is one of the flexible constitution in the world and its amendment is not necessary. The discussion program was participated by political leaders, representatives, civil society, legal entrepreneurs and media personnel.
