Police arrested Mahendra Yadav,33, of Thana, Arwal, Bihar, India, on 21 September from Nadwa, Ramgram Municipality-10, for attempting to rape a 21-year-old woman.
The victim had filed a complaint at the District Police Office on 20 September, reporting that the accused had attempted to rape her on 19 September. Her health examination was conducted on 20 September at Prithivichandra District Hospital, Nawalparasi.
