Police arrested Yuvraj BK, 19, from Nisikhola Rural Municipality-7, Baglung, on 18 September in Butwal for raping a 20-year-old woman.
The victim had filed a complaint at the Butwal Area Police Office on 15 September, reporting that the accused had raped her on the same day. The health examination of the victim was done at Lumbini Provincial Hospital, Butwal, on 15 September.
