Police arrested Ramchandra Joshi, 30,and Yagyaraj Joshi, 35, of Bunglal Municipality-4 on 16 September, for vandalizing the Bunglal Municipality office during the Gen-Z protest on 9 September.According to Inspector Lokendra Thagunna of the Bajhang District Police Office, the accused damaged the offices and residences of Mayor Jay Bahadur Dhami and Deputy Mayor Dhan Bahadur Bohara on 9 September, setting fire to tables, chairs, and official documents.
Inspector Thagunna further stated that a case has been filed against the two accused under the charge of prohibition of rioting and an investigation is ongoing.
